Sioux Falls wants safe communities not stolen cars

1. Stop Crime and help homelessness - Police ride-a longs to understand both sides. Good police and citizens are to be commended.
2. Police accountability - Abolish Qualified Immunity. Bad police not allowed. Help inform citizens of their civil rights. Police must respect citizens rights.
3. Stop soft on crime - Repeat violent offenders belong in jail.
4. Build coalitions and listen to leaders to help people what want to get out of poverty.
5. Decriminalize 1 oz Cannabis - Police focus on crime.  MN legal stores 10 miles away soon. Encourage people to continue to be productive citizens and responsible.

2. Proper Heat, Plumbing, Electric

4. Enforce city code against bad landlords,actors.
5. Common area safety.
6. No drug/gang hang outs in common areas.
